Right of revocation
The customer has a legal right of revocation of two weeks starting from date of delivery. The right of revocation does not require reason. For period keeping the written publication of the revocation is sufficient by fax, letter or E-Mail [cancel@comcosmos.biz].
Other fees:
For the reactivation of a customer account after locking because of delay of payment we raise a reactivation fee at a value of 15, - euro.
Our hourly wages amount to 90, - euro.
We offer only virtual goods, there are no further supply or forwarding expenses. |
